Arrival from north:
Motorway A10 in direction Villach, exit Bischofshofen, continuing on the national road B167 – exit Gasteinertal, passing Dorf- and Bad Hofgastein up to Bad Gastein. Arriving at Bad Gastein (“Mozartplatz”-square): Please take the MIDDLE ROAD BETWEEN Hotel Mozart and tourist office in direction “Grüner Baum” and follow the indications “Villa Excelsior”. You pass the hotels Regina, Bellevue, Eden, Post, Wildbad. After Hotel Wildbad you take the 2nd possibilty on the left in direction “Graukogel or Grüner Baum”. You cross the UPPER waterfall bridge and continue the panoramic street, passing the hotels Schillerhof, Helenenburg and Alpenblick. About 100m after hotel Alpenblick you can see a small white house with BLUE windows on the left. THERE you take the street downhill and you arrive directly at our parking place
arrival from the south:
Motorway A10 direction Salzburg, shortly after Spittal take the exit Mallnitz-Obervellach, federal road to Mallnitz, there the car on the Tauernschleuse (car loading)*, after about 8 minutes through the Tauerntunnel you reach Böckstein, take the Bundesstr. 167 to Bad Gastein, after approx. 3 – 3.5 km there is a railroad bridge (on the left hand side – FARBENGESCHÄFT Kreuzthaler) – turn right here – in the direction of “Kötschachta – Graukogel”. After approx. 2 km take the exit (left) from the Kötschachtalstrasse to the hotel (at the white house with blue windows).
